珍贵的海洋精灵-海鸚鵡-写真
海鸚鵡：一生當中大多數的時間都是在海上度過的，每年只有在4月到8月的時候，才會飛到小島或是沿海的峭壁上面築巢繁殖，在繁殖季節中，常常可以看到由上萬隻的海鸚鵡所組成的群落，他們會挖洞築巢，一次只下一顆蛋，雌性與雄性海鸚鵡會輪流孵蛋，大約一個多月後，小海鸚鵡就會和成鳥一同返回到海上生活。海鸚鵡除了可以飛翔之外，更是出色的游泳高手，在潛水的時候，海鸚鵡利用翅膀在海水中划水前進，並且靠腳來控制方向。海鸚鵡的主要食物是魚類及甲殼類，當他們在水中捕食的時候，可以將捉到的小魚儲存在嘴裡，常可以看到海鸚鵡的嘴裡同時叨著好幾尾魚。海鸚鵡的身體矮胖而且黑白分明，頭大尾短，頭雖然是黑色，但兩頰的灰白色，就好像帶了一個面罩，加上巨大的嘴巴前端帶有明亮的色彩，雙腳又是亮橘色，因此被稱「海鳥中的小丑」，受到許多人的喜愛。
