自己动手点豆花 体验真正的嫩软香滑
昨天晚上,在家自己弄豆花,因为是第一次整,没得经验,都是提心吊胆的怕弄不出来边弄还边打电话咨询行家,还好,结果还是挺圆满的
吃上自己整的豆花,真正的嫩软香滑,一个字:爽!
(注:黄豆是从早上就泡起的,打豆浆是用豆浆机打的,过滤后再在锅里烧开。
点豆花的那个东东是朋友给的,不知道叫什么名字,不过点豆花的东东多哈)
