      【制法】1·干海椒煮软绞成糍粑海椒放大锅,姜片,蒜片,豆瓣一起放大铁锅里搅匀后待用
      2·清油,色拉油,牛油放大不锈钢桶烧熟,舀来淋在锅里的混合海椒上,边用洋铲铲匀
      3·淋完油后,开火烧起,下入香料,大火炒10分钟,该小火炒50分钟,下花椒
